2. When do we start?

 3. I am scared to invest. 

I hear you and I completely understand. But if I knew I could heal my DR the right way from the beginning, I only wished I can go back in time. 4. Do I need any equipment?

Yes, simple equipment is required especially later in into the program such as resistance loops, and a pair of medium and heavy dumbbells.

 7. What if I have a hernia? Can I still join this program? 

If your hernia is asymptomatic, and it doesn't bother you then this program is perfect for you. Please remember you cannot heal a hernia, it can only be surgically removed. However, you need to protect the hernia by strengthening your core so it won't be worsened, and my program will help you achieve that.  

 8. What if I have a uterine prolapse? Can I still join this program? 

The condition is graded by its severity, determined by how far the uterus has descended from 1st grade to the 4th grade. If your condition is 1st grade and have already consulted a health professional for a treatment plan. We will consider taking you and we will determine it during our call. 

 9. How soon will I start seeing improvement in my diastasis recti? 

It's up to you. If you are willing to listen, be coached, put in the work, time and effort then you will start seeing results in as little as 2 weeks. Most of my clients see noticeable changes in 4 weeks. 

 10. What’s the expectation after 90 days? Can I get a flat stomach?

Becky, I want to look like your after picture like above. To set you the right expectation, it took me 5 months to lose 35lbs. It took another 5 months to tone my body, so I look good in dresses and tank top and took another 1 year + to fully strengthen my core.

Will you take 2 years? Absolutely not.

I tell you this because I have done too much irreversible damage to my core, and I don’t want the same to happen to you. I will individualize your program so you can get a much faster result.

 12. I don't think my diastasis recti is that bad (DR is mild), Would your program still be able to help? 

Let's define what is "not that bad" for you.

Do you mean you only look bloated or 5 months pregnant AFTER A BIG MEAL? 
Are you able to draw and engage your core with EASE while exercise? 
You only have 1 to 2 fingers AND a shallow depth less than half a knuckle? 

If you answer yes to above questions, I want to congratulate you!! Your core is stronger than you think. My program is designed for new moms and moms with a moderate/ severe diastasis. I go in depth in exercises progression with a strong foundation and understand how your body works with your core in a simple language so you can go back to normal exercises including traditional ab exercises with confidence and proper techniques by the end of 90 days.

 13. I've tried other diastasis program and didn't get results. How do I know this will work?

They have never experienced severe diastasis recti in the first place. They either had a mild DR or fixed it with a tummy tuck surgery.

 14. What's the difference between investing into your program and investing into seeing a physiotherapist on a regular basis? 

First, I would highly recommend you to see a Women's Health Physio for one visit  at least. She can do a hands-on diagnose and internal exam to check the health of your pelvic floor.
But here are several difference seeing your physio regularly vs joining a holistic program to heal your DR
1) An experienced Women's Health Physio who specializes in diastasis recti is usually hard to find, and most often than not, you have to go on a wait list. 
Almost all my clients have visited with a physiotherapist prior coming to me, and most of them say that the physio usually dance around the core, and don't focus enough on healing the DR. Some don't even oversee your exercise in the clinic, and give you a piece of exercise paper to bring home and follow, that's my case!
 
2) Be prepared to take time to travel to and from the office, and have a 45 minutes visit every week for several months . If you visit continuously for 3 months, you can roughly calculate how much it can add up.

3) Beside the 1 hour visit/week. What are you going to do the rest of the times before you visit her again? What if you don't know if you are doing the exercise right, what if you experience other symptoms? What if you want to do XYZ exercise? What do you do?

4) Physio focuses on rehabilitating your core, whereas with me I approach your core and total body holistically so you are going to heal your DR, get fit overall and lose weight. In addition, I also provide DR-specific nutrition guidance and meal plans.

 15. How do I know if I'm ready to join your program? I feel I am way too busy with my work and kids. My coffee is always cold when I finally get to it.

 16. What if I need to speak to someone in my circle before making a final decision? 

I always recommend “committing first, and figuring out the rest later.” And if it is your partner that you need to talk to, use these three magic words, “Trust me, baby!”
In all seriousness, the only REAL reason you would need to speak with your partner is because they do not trust you. And they do not trust you because they sense deep down that you do not trust yourself.
 
Let me ask you this: do you ask your partner for permission to yourself a birthday gift? I’m guessing you don’t. And why not? Probably because he wants to see you happy, he wants to see you happy from deep in your heart.
